Another complaint has been filed against Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah and Hami Nepal founder Sudan Gurung.
Yuvaraj Paudel, also known as Yuvaraj Safal, has filed a complaint at the District Police Range, Kathmandu, against Mayor Shah and Hami Nepal founder Gurung, according to Superintendent of Police Pawan Bhattarai of the District Police Range.
The complaint accuses them of sedition.
Police are preparing to send the complaint to the inquiry commission formed to investigate the incidents of September 8 and 9.
On Tuesday, the All Nepal National Free Students’ Union, which is close to the CPN-UML, also filed a complaint against Mayor Shah and Hami Nepal founder Gurung. Police are preparing to send that complaint to the inquiry commission.
